Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, finely chopped vegetables (such as capsicum, onion, carrot), chopped coriander leaves, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take two slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the paneer-vegetable mixture on one slice. Cover it with another slice of bread.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the process to make more sandwiches.
  • STEP 5.Place the sandwiches on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 6.Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the sandwiches turn crispy and golden.
  • STEP 7.Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  • STEP 8.Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
