Ingredients for Stuffed Bread Recipe

  • 1.50 cup & Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup white flour
  • 1 nos tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Instant dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 nos tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup full fat warm milk
  • As required Handful of sweet corn
  • As required chopped Bellpeppers
  • As required Pizza Sauce
  • As required Oregano's
  • As required garlic powder
  • As required Butter for brushing
  • As required Chilli Flakes...optional
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Mozzarella cheese.

Directions: Stuffed Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl take lukewarm milk
  • STEP 2.Add sugar,stir,add yeast ..stir and leave it on the counter for 5-10 min
  • STEP 3.Meanwhile take a mixing bowl,sift both the flours in the bowl,add salt...make a well in the centre...
  • STEP 4.Then add the yeast which must've bloomed ...add olive oil and start mixing.
  • STEP 5.Add water as required to make a sticky dough..
  • STEP 6.Then transfer the dough on a floured counter and start kneading it by stretching it now and then.Knead for 5 min...then make a ball and transfer it to a greased bowl and cling wrap it.
  • STEP 7.Keep on the counter to proof.might take 2-3 hrs.if it's warm..if it's cold it might take 4-5 ,hrs.
  • STEP 8.After the dough doubles ,transfer to the counter and deflate.. by punching.
  • STEP 9.Knead to a smooth dough.
  • STEP 10.Take 150 gm of this dough and roll it in an oval shspe.
  • STEP 11.Spread pizza sauce,sprinkle Oregano's, garlic powder,then place corns and bell peppers in a straight line..sprinkle Mozarella cheese and more Oregano's, chilli flakes..
  • STEP 12.Then cut the dough with a knife on both sides like wings...and Braid the bread.
  • STEP 13.Brush with melted butter
  • STEP 14.Leave to proof for 25 min
  • STEP 15.Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 25 min or till done .
  • STEP 16.Take it out and once again brush with melted butter.
