  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine bajra flour, wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mash boiled potatoes and add spices like red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small discs. Place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center and seal the edges to form a stuffed paratha.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee or oil as needed.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
