STEP 1.Take Wheat flour in a paraat. Add ghee salt pepper powder and black salt.
STEP 2.Mix properly and knead a tight dough with cold water. Leave with for 10min.
STEP 3.Stuffing:-
STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds chopped curry leaves ginger chilli garlic paste and saute. Add chopped green chilli saute. Mix boiled potatoes boiled and crush green peas grated paneer turmeric powder salt black salt garam masala mix properly. Lastly add green garlic and chopped coriander. Add sessme seeds mix it well.Turn off flame. Allow it to cool.
STEP 5.For Satta:- Mix all ingredients and beat properly with spoon.
STEP 6.Now roll 3rotis from dough. Spread satta on all rotis. And arrange one by one on it. And make a roll. Remove both side edges. And make small pieces.
STEP 7.Now roll all puris n cut in to square pieces.
STEP 8.Take one squre stuff 1tbsp. Stuffing and cover with another square puri. Apply water on all 4sides edges.
STEP 9.Like this way prepare all khari. Apply water on all khari.
STEP 10.Pre heat oven and Arrange foil paper and bake all Stuff lachcha khari on 160*for 20to 25min. On both sides.
STEP 11.Tasty healthy Stuff Aloo Lachcha Khari is ready to serve. Serve with Ketchup.
