This mouthwatering kachori is not only famous in delhi or Rajasthan but also popular snack of all over india. now the twist is that its stuffing is made with Moong daal Namkeen because I adopted this technique from my father because he was uselly made this kachori for me and its easy to make and can eat with aaloo sabji or Green coriander chutney whatever you want to eat with as tea time snacks.

Ingredients for Street style Instant Moong daal ki Kachori with aaloo sabji Recipe

  • As required For kachori dough
  • 1/2 cup -maida
  • 1 tsp -Salt
  • 2.75 cup -ghee
  • 4.50 cup -water
  • As required FOR INSTANT MOONGDAAL STUFFING
  • 0-1 nos - oiltbsp
  • 1 cup -moong daal namkeen (slightly blend)
  • 2 tsp -black pepper (crushed)
  • 5 spoon -ginger and green chilli paste -
  • 4 tsp -red chilli powder
  • 5 tsp -cumin
  • 6 tsp -dhaniya powder
  • 7 tsp -Garam masala
  • 8.75 tsp -Salt
  • 9 nos - besantbsp
  • 10 tsp -saunf
  • 10 tbsp -wateras you require for soft stuffing.
  • As required FOR AALOO SBJI
  • 0-1 nos -BOILED POTATOES ( BIG size)
  • tbsp -Oil
  • 2 tsp -cumin
  • 3 tsp -sabut Dhaniya
  • 3 nos -Dry chili
  • 1 nos -bay leaves
  • 6 tbsp -besan
  • 3 cup -water
  • 8 nos -Garam masalatsp
  • 9 tsp -dhaniya powder
  • 12 tsp -black pepper (crushed)-
  • 11 nos -Heengtsp
  • 10 tsp - kasoori methi
  • 13 tsp -ared chilli powder
  • 14.50 tsp -turmaric

Directions: Street Style Instant Moong Daal Ki Kachori With Aaloo Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method-Take 1 1/2 cup maida in a bowl then add salt and mix it then add Ghee... after adding ghee we will close the mixture in our first,if it gets closed then we will prepare a Dough by adding lukewarm water to it and will keep it aside for half an hour.
  • STEP 2.To make Kachori stuffing take little thick grinded moong daal .Take a pan put oil in it and add cumin, crushed black pepper,ginger and green chilli paste to it,then add moong daal namkeen and add some spice which is mentioned in ingredients.add pinch of Salt because namkeen already has Salt so no need of much salt.add besan in the mixture and mix it well after that add 2 tbsp of water for softened the stuffing and again continuously stirring and it will become ready.
  • STEP 3.For Aaloo Sabji
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper powder, coriander seeds,red chilis and Bay leaves and fry.Now add one spoon of gram flour means besan ,red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger powder,dry mango powder and fry it,after that add water and boiled potatoes, lastly add kasoori methi and let it boil for 10min. and its ready Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • STEP 5.To make Kachori
  • STEP 6.we will smoothen the Dough and make small balls and roll it with the help of your fingers and fill our moongdal stuffing in it and fry well heated oil pan , remember that it has to be fried on low medium flame only.Fry some green chillis for extra spicy taste.
  • STEP 7.place all things in serving plate with aaloo sabji or chutney whatever you want and Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fry green chillis.
