Directions: Street Style Egg Fried Rice Recipe
STEP 1.Add 2 tablespoons of oil into a kadai.
STEP 2.Crack 2 eggs and roast well.
STEP 3.Add sliced carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
STEP 4.Saute well by adding salt
STEP 5.Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar.
STEP 6.Add chopped celery and spring onion.
