Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add lemon juice and yogurt to the spice mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy.
