Ingredients for Strawberry kalakand Recipe

  • 0.07 Litre Ltr full cream milk
  • 13.33 gms Condensed milk
  • 0.33 Tbsp tbs strawberry puree
  • 0.07 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 As Required tbs Almonds & pistachio
  • 0.03 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions: Strawberry Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat milk in a saucepan.
  • STEP 2.Once it starts boiling add lemon ...stir well.
  • STEP 3.Milk will curdle.
  • STEP 4.Turn off heat.
  • STEP 5.Pour into a colander lined with cloth.
  • STEP 6.Tie the paneer collected tightly to drain water.
  • STEP 7.Later mash paneer well.
  • STEP 8.Transfer the mashed paneer to a pan.
  • STEP 9.Add condensed milk & strawberry puree.
  • STEP 10.Stir on med. flame till everything comes together & leaves base of pan.
  • STEP 11.Transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 12.Spread evenly.
  • STEP 13.Sprinkle almond & pistachio slices..press gently.
  • STEP 14.Refrigerate for few hours to set.
  • STEP 15.Cut & serve.
