When you get fresh Strawberries this season, you can try this delicious Strawberry Crepes for your breakfast . Crepes are thin little French pancakes that are actually easy to make. Strawberry Crepes filled with strawberry and topped with fresh, lightly sweetened whipped cream.

Ingredients for Strawberry_Crepes (Tawa recipe) Recipe

  • 1 nos Egg
  • 0.17 cup Milk
  • 0.17 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoons Butter
  • As required Melted
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.17 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.17 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup Heavy cream
  • As required whipped(if the whipped cream is not sweetened you can add powder sugar)
  • 0-1 nos sliced strawberries
  • 0.08 cup powder sugar
  • 0-0.33 tbsp oil or butter

  • STEP 1.First cut the Strawberries into half.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan ,add strawberry,sugar and 2-3 tbsp water and stir them well.
  • STEP 3.When the strawberry are Mushy, the sauce is ready, keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.Beat all the ingredients mentioned above for the crepe to a smooth batter.
  • STEP 5.Heat a Tawa or nonstick pan, add very little oil or butter then add 2-3 laddle full batter on it and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Flip over when the batter is set and the edges are beginning to brown. Cook until the other side turns brown.
  • STEP 6.To serve, fill each Crepes with whipped cream and strawberry sauce roll up and top with a dollop of whipped cream and more sliced strawberries.
  • STEP 7.Enjoy.
