Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and trim the ends of the ivy gourd. Cut them into thin slices.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
  • STEP 4.Add the sliced ivy gourd and cook on medium heat until they are tender and slightly crispy.
  • STEP 5.Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
