Ingredients for Stir-Fried Chicken And Rice Noodles Recipe

  • 200 gram Ribbon rice noodles
  • 250 gram Chicken Breasts
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • As required Salt

Directions: Stir-fried Chicken And Rice Noodles Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 break 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk together well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 soak 200 gm ribbon rice noodles in warm water till soft, then drain. Keep aside.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 in a wok heat 1 ½ tbsp peanut oil on high heat, add 250 gm chicken breasts cut into thin strips and stir fry for 3 minutes.

  • STEP 4.4 add 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, ½ tsp coarse black pepper, salt to taste and stir well together.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add 200 gm broccoli cut into bite size pieces, and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, stir together. Remove all the contents of the wok and keep aside for later.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 in the same wok heat the remaining 1 ½ tbsp of peanut oil, add the whisked eggs and stir fry until cooked.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 add the soaked noodles to the wok and toss well with the scrambled eggs .

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 return the chicken and broccoli to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 serve hot.
