STEP 1.Place 1 cup glutinous rice in a large bowl and repeatedly wash and rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

STEP 1. place 1 cup sweet ( glutinous) rice in the rice cooker and add ¾ cup water. Turn on the rice cooker.

STEP 1. when the rice is cooked, open the pot, stir the rice with a spatula and cover and continue to steam it for another 10 minutes.

STEP 1. take the rice out of the cooker and allow it to cool overnight.

STEP 1. to prepare the fried fried, heat a pan at medium heat and add 2 tsp oil.

STEP 1. in a bowl crack 2 eggs. Whisk the eggs well and add them to the hot pan. Let them fry. Cut them into pieces.

STEP 1.then add the rice cooked the previous day and mix together with the eggs.

STEP 1.add 3 tsp cooked meat such as duck, beef or chicken.

STEP 1.add ½ tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce and 3 tsp chopped green onions. Mix together well to combine all the flavour.

STEP 1. lastly add 1 tsp shrimp sauce and mix to incorporate well.
