  • 500 piece gram Chicken cut with bones
  • As required For marination
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed pepper
  • 2 No.s Onions, fine chopped
  • 1 No.s Dried red chilli, chopped
  • 2 No.s Green chillies, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 No.s Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Potatoes, diced
  • 200 milliliter Coconut milk
  • pinch A Pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Stew Chicken Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. take chicken pieces in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. keep it aside for 30 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1. chop the vegetables. heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions until they turn soft and brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1. add chopped green and red chilies and ginger garlic paste. cook it for 2 minutes and add marinated chicken to it.

step 4

  • STEP 1.cook for 5 minutes at medium heat and add tomatoes, potatoes and salt to it. give it a nice stir.

step 5

  • STEP 1. cober and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes. add coconut milk and let it simmer for 15 more minutes

step 6

  • STEP 1. season with salt and pepper and garnish using coriander and lemon juice.
