  • 12 prawns
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 10 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1.50 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Nos scallions
  • 0.33 cm ginger

  • STEP 1.Clean and cut prawns into two halves

  • STEP 2.Marinate the prawns with salt,white wine,shaoxing wine and keep it aside for 15 mins

  • STEP 3.Mince the garlic cloves

step 4

  • STEP 4.Chop scallions and ginger into slices

step 6

  • STEP 1.Then add half of the minced garlic and saute it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Now add sesame oil, soy sauce, shaoxing wine and add the remaining minced garlic.

step 8

  • STEP 1.place out the chopped scallions and ginger slices on a plate

step 9

  • STEP 1.put the prawns onto it and top with minced garlic

step 10

  • STEP 1.now add the chinese rice wine over the prawns

step 11

  • STEP 1.then steam prawns for about 5-6 mins and then serve
