Ingredients for Steamed Prawn Recipe

  • 125 g Prawn
  • 1 Tbsp Mustered paste
  • A Few green chili
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmaric powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Mustered oil

Directions: Steamed Prawn Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and clean the shell of prawn
  • STEP 2.Make a smooth paste of mustard seed with green chilli and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Marinatethe prone with mustard paste turmeric powder green chilli salt and 3 tablespoon of oil
  • STEP 4.Keep the marinated prwan into a tight lid tiffin box.Take a cup of water in pressure cookerand place it on gas, late it be hot and then place the tiffin box inside the pressure cooker and cooked it in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.After sometime open the lid of pressure cookerand served with green chilli and oil
