Ingredients for Steamed Oats Dumpling Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Quick oats
  • 0.06 Cup semolina
  • 1/4 Pieces small onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Medium size carrots
  • 0.13 Pieces reen bell pepper
  • 1/4 Inch piece of ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces reen chilli
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Steamed Oats Dumpling Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, cut all the vegetables big pieces.  After this, put  in the grinder and coarsely grind it. You can finely chop all the vegetables.
  • STEP 2.Take Oates and semolina in a bowl and mix all the vegetables.  Add salt and mix. Now it will become like a dough (There is no need to put water)
  • STEP 3.Take a little mixture in your hands and shape it into a small cylindrical shape. Prepare all in the same way.
  • STEP 4.Now grease a plate with oil and keep dumplings.  Now boil 2 cups of water in a large vessel or steamer on the gas and if it is in the pot, then keep a stand on which the plate of oats dumpling can easily come and if there is a steamer then keep the oats dumpling on its.
  • STEP 5.After keeping the dumpling, cover the steamer and cook for 12-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, open the steamer and remove it in a plate
  • STEP 6.Serve hot healthy oats dumplings with green chutney, tomato sauce or peanut chutney.
