Famous Assamese steamed fish and rice recipe. Steamed fish fillets are always a healthier option for a quick lunch or dinner, especially when cooked using a pressure cooker.
STEP 1.1. Take small size fish in a container. add salt and keep aside

STEP 2.Chop some onions, finely chop garlic and then add them on the fish.

STEP 3.2. Roast a few tomatoes and chillies on the flame. Peel the skin off. Mash well together.

STEP 4.3. Now pour mashed tomato paste on the fish and add mustard oil as well., green chilli as per taste and mix well .

STEP 5.Its ready to steam. Also add a little water.

STEP 6.1. Place the fish container in the cooker, pressure cook it along with rice. Place the cap and cook for 15 minutes.

STEP 7.It is cooked, serve hot.
