STEP 1.In a bowl crack 6eggs, and mix in minced chicken, black pepper powder, white pepper powder , Ginger garlic green chilli paste, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, shahi garam masala powder, and salt and sugar
STEP 2.Grease another bowl with oil, add the egg mix, cover it with a foil and steam it by employing double - boiling method
STEP 3.After steaming, cut the egg mix to cubes and set it aside in the fridge for 20mins
STEP 4.For kebab marination, in a bowl, add hung curd, Mustard oil, Ginger garlic green chilli paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, shahi garam masala powder, salt and sugar....mix well and coat the egg-mincedchiken cubes with the mixture and let it sit for 15mins
STEP 5.Brush a non-stick pan with butter, and shall fry the marinated cubes on a medium - low flame
STEP 6.Serve Steamed Egg-Keema kebabs with desired chutney/dip and salad and enjoy!
