Ingredients for Steak & New Potato Toss For Two Recipe
1/4 pound Small red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
5 ounce Beef top sirloin steak
3/4 cup Fresh Broccoli Florets
1/4 cup Chopped sweet red pepper
As required Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1/2 Green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Garlic clove, minced
0.13 teaspoon Ground Mustard
0.13 teaspoon Paprika
0.06 teaspoon Pepper
