Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated coconut, chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each portion into a round shape.
  • STEP 3.Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and place the flattened dough on it. Cook until one side is lightly browned.
  • STEP 4.Flip the roti and cook the other side until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and serve hot with a spicy curry or chutney.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add chopped vegetables like carrots or cabbage to the dough for added flavor and nutrition.
  • Make sure to flatten the dough evenly to ensure even cooking.
