  • As required Two cups sprouted matar
  • 0.33 cup Cheese
  • 0.33 nos Table spoon ginger garlic chillies and cumin paste
  • 4.67 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.33 tsp chili powder
  • As required One teaspoon lemon juice
  • As required SaltAs per taste
  • As required One pinch sugar
  • As required One mash boiled potato
  • As required One cup brown bread crumbs
  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil for shallow fry
  • 0.33 nos Spoon hot and sweet sauce

Directions: Sprouted Motor Cheese Stuff Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take all sprouted peace and in mixer jar and grind it to rough texture.

  • STEP 2.Add bread crumbs and mash potato in that.

  • STEP 3.Then add ginger garlic paste and turmeric chili powder salt sugar and lemon juice and mix well make nice dough .

  • STEP 4.Make small balls out of above mixer stuff cheese in each ball.

  • STEP 5.Give shape with the help of mould to all balls to make a cutlets
  • STEP 6.A pen on a gas and after it get hot place all cutlets on that and brush with oil
  • STEP 7.Fry all cutlet till golden brown from both the side serve hot with hot and sweet sauce or green chutney
