  • STEP 1.Boil the sprouted moong beans until they are soft. Drain the water and mash them in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed moong beans, whole wheat flour, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a round paratha.
  • STEP 5.Heat a griddle or tawa and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil or ghee as needed.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
