  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1.25 En Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the sprouted moong beans in water for 4-5 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the moong beans into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.

  • Make sure to soak the sprouted moong beans for a few hours to soften them.
