STEP 1.in a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add ¼ tsp hing, 2 sprigs curry leaf and mix together. Add 2 slit green chilies and saute for a few minutes.
