Ingredients for Sprouted Green Moong Dal Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 2 sprig Curry leaf
  • 2 Green chillies slit
  • 1 cup Sprouted green moong dal
  • As required Grated coconut as desired
  • 1 Lime Juice Nos
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Sprouted Green Moong Dal Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.in a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add ¼ tsp hing, 2 sprigs curry leaf and mix together. Add 2 slit green chilies and saute for a few minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1.then add 1 cup sprouted green moong dal and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.cover the pan and simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1.sprinkle grated coconut, juice of 1 lime and chopped coriander leaves.mix well to combine with the sprouts. Turn off the heat.
