1/4 tablespoon sambal oelek
1/2 tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 tablespoon honey
0.17 cup canned coconut milk plus more if needed
2 ounce fresh sugar snap peas
0.13 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1/4 mango diced or sliced
0.13 cup roasted peanuts chopped
As required bean sprouts red chilies + lime wedges, for serving
