  • 0.67 cup Measuring BigWheat Flour.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder.
  • 1/4 nos Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Cumin Powder.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Garam Masala.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Amchur Powder.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Ajwain.
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoon Ginger Paste.
  • 0.33 cup MeasuringSpring Onion Finally Chopped.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Salt.

Directions: Spring Onion Masala Paratha. Recipe

  • STEP 1.In the Big boul Take 2 Measuring Cup Wheat flour. Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, 3/4 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder. 1/4 Spoon Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tea Spoon Amchur Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon Ajwain, 1 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste, 1 Measuring Cup Spring Onion Finally Chopped. 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt.
  • STEP 2.Take all ingredients and Mix it Well. Add 2 Table Spoon Oil. And Mix Well. Add 1/2 Cup Water and Knead the Dough. Add water if required. Knead Soft Dough for 5 minutes. And rest Dough for 20 Minutes.
  • STEP 3.After 20 Minutes Knead the Dough again, and Ball Sized. Dust Wheat Flour and roll gently, small Puri. Add 1 Tea Spoon Oil, Spread Uniformly fold quare, Dust Wheat Flour. Role Gently. And Roll Rectangle, Slightly thick. Dust off excess flour. Put the Paratha on the Hot Pan. Flip over Half Cook.
  • STEP 4.Spread half Spoon Oil on the Paratha. Press gently, Roast both the sides. Half gold and serves with Palak Paneer Subji. And enjoy the Day with Spring Onion Masala Paratha.
