Ingredients for Sponges Recipe

  • 1 liter Cow milk
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 50 gram Cornflour

Directions: Sponges Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.; take one litre milk. Wait for it to boil. On low flame

  • STEP 2.Take a bowl with 2 table spoon of white vinegar and mix well.

  • STEP 3.When the milk gets thick, take it off the gas and cool it. After some time add the vinegar mixture in the milk.

  • STEP 4.Now strain this mixture of milk. Keep the residue. Now kneed the residue of milk for 5-6 minutes. Then add one small spoon of cornflour. Kneed nicely.

  • STEP 5.Take portions of this residue and prepare small balls.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Prepare an amount of chaashini using water and sugar. Add the balls in the boiling chashini. Cover the lid and wait for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 7.Soft and spongey rasgulla

step 8

  • STEP 8.S are ready.
