Ingredients for Sponge mini dosa Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • 0.67 Cups suji
  • 0.33 Tsp Soda
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Tsp Eno soda
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Sponge Mini Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and drain poha to remove any impurities . Transfer the washed poha to a mixing bowl . Add in rava. Add in curd / butter milk and water. Mix well
  • STEP 2.Soak these ingredients for 30 mins . if you soak 1 hour also nothing will happen .
  • STEP 3.After 30 mins, rava and poha would have soaked nicely. Add little salt and grind smooth. If required add some water to grind.
  • STEP 4.Transfer the ground batter to a vessel .
  • STEP 5.Add Eno or cooking soda. Give a quick mix. Adjust dosa batter consistency by adding required water.
  • STEP 6.Heat a cast iron pan or non-stick pan. Pour a laddle full of batter and slightly spread it. No need to make thin ,make like pancake. Drizzle few drops of oil .Flip n cook both sides .
  • STEP 7.Enjoy soft spongy Instant set dosa with ur choice of Chutney or Sambar or kurma .
