Ingredients for Spinach Quiche Muffins Recipe

  • 0.08 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.17 cup Fresh baby spinach 1 cup if you dont prefer lots of spinach
  • 0.15 cup 7 eggs egg whites or egg substitute. i like to use more egg whites for a much healthier version of 1 3/4 cup of liquid egg white and 1 2 whole eggs
  • 0.67 ounce Package baby bella or white mushrooms sliced or diced small
  • 1/50 cup Finely diced red bell pepper optional
  • 1/50 cup Finely diced onion optional
  • 1/50 cup Shredded cheese of your choice optional i love a little feta sometimes
  • As required Pepper to taste
  • can You can really add whatever youd like to these. ground turkey sausage bacon, asparagus, broccoli, etc. be creative
