Spinach paratha is easy and simple indian flat bread which is made up of wheat flour and exotic indian spices. This easy and healthy paratha does not need more efforts just spinach puree some spices and kneed a soft dough of wheat flour
Ingredients for Spinach paratha/ flat bread Recipe
1/2 Cup wheat flour
1/4 Cup spinach puree
1/4 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Pieces green chillies
As Required Oil
1/4 Tbsp flax seeds
1/4 Tsp carrom seed
Directions: Spinach Paratha/ Flat Bread Recipe
STEP 1.Let's start making puree of spinach for this you just blanched the spinach in some hot water add few drops of lime juice to maintain the colour and while grinding add ice cubes.
STEP 2.Once your puree is done add wheat flour, ginger garlic paste , chopped green chillies, salt carrom seeds flax seeds, and make a soft dough with the help of water and keep the dough for about 10 min.
STEP 3.Take a lemon size ball and roll out the parathas and cook on the pan grease with oil and cook little bit more to make it crispy.
STEP 4.This parathas are crisp from outside and soft from inside.
STEP 5.Serve with white butter, pickle, curd/raita Or with any curry.
