STEP 2.1. Add salt to all purpose flour with spinach and make soft dough and put to rest for 10 mins.
STEP 3.2. For filling, take a pan and add 2 tsp oil, after heating the oil, add onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic and saute for 10 sec and then add grated paneer and mix. After mixing well add salt and pepper mix it, and switch off the flame.
STEP 4.3. Roll out thin chapati of dough and then cut in equal size by help of any circular shape, add filling and make momo.
STEP 5.4. Put momos to steam for 10 mins and then check, if it not stemed, wait for 1 min then check, take momo out of the steamer.
STEP 6.5. For chutney, firstly blanch the tomato with chilli and then grind all the ingredients with the blanched tomatoes and and chilli.
STEP 7.6. Add remaining oil in a heated pan and then add garlic paste and saute for a sec, add the grated paste and add salt and sugar, saute for 2 to 3 mins, according to requirement.
STEP 8.In a plate pit momos and serve with chutney.
