STEP 1.First of all wash and soak both the moong dal for 2 hours and after soaking, separate the water.
STEP 2.Put soaked moong dal, peeled green moong dal, spinach, green chili, ginger, salt in a mixer, add some water and grind it.
STEP 3.Now add enofruit salt, lemon juice and 1 tsp oil and mix it with light hands and immediately put it in the greased vessel.
STEP 4.Here, boil 2 cups of water in a big pot or steamer on the gas and place a stand on it, on which the Dhokla vessel comes easily or place it in the steamer and cover it and boil on a medium flame
STEP 5.Now add enofruit salt, lemon juice and 1 tsp oil and mix it with light hands and immediately put it in the greased vessel or thali.
STEP 6.Steam in a steamer for 15 to 20 minutes minutes or till the dhokala is cooked.
STEP 7.Heat the oil in a small non - stick pan and add the mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle add curry leaves and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds. Add the green chillies and red chilli powder and sauté on medium flame for 30 seconds.
STEP 8.Cool completely and cut dhokla into pieces. Add dhokla in prepared tempering and fry it from both sides for 5 minutes.
STEP 9.Ready for serve yummy and healthy Spinach moongdal dhokla. Serve with chutney or sauce.
