  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • as per your need Grated Coconut For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the spinach leaves.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped garlic and green chilies and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the chopped spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot with rice or roti.
