Ingredients for Spinach Recipe

  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/4 Medium mango peeled cored and diced
  • 1/4 piece Medium ripe avocados peeled cored and cut in bite size
  • 0.13 Medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 inch Strips applewood bacon cut crosswise into 1/2 strips, cooked until crisp and drained well
  • 0.13 cup Toasted pecans* even better use these amazinghoney siracha roasted pecans
  • 3/4-1 ounce Goat Cheese Crumbled
  • As required Balsamic champagne vinaigrette see recipe below
  • 1/4 tablespoon Finely minced shallot
  • 1/4 tablespoon Whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Champagne vinegar i like trader joe's orange muscat champagne vinegar, it's delicious and not terribly expensive
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.19 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Finely minced fresh rosemary
