  • 0.13 cup Garlic and red chili chutney
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind and dates chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sweet yogurt
  • As required For the pakodas:
  • 5-7.50 Mix of baby spinach and kale leaves
  • 1/4 And 1/2 cup besan flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • As required Water as needed
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • As required Oil to fry
  • As required For garnishing:
  • 1/4 Bowl of mixed chopped onions, bell peppers, boiled potato and cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • As required Chaat masala to sprinkle
