Ingredients for Spinach corn rice with exotic gravy Recipe
1/4 cup boiled rice ( by adding little salt
1/2 A Bunch bunch spinach made into puree
3/4 tbsp Oil
1/4 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Garlic chopped
1/2 Pieces Small onions chopped
1/4 cup Corn
to taste Salt
1/4 tsp Dhaniya powder
0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
0.13 tsp Paprika
A Handful Some coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Garlic
0.13 tsp Chilli flakes
1/4 tbsp Maida or all purpose flour
1.25 Pieces Blanched brocolli
1/2 Tbsp some corn
1/2 Tbsp red bell pepper and paneer
to taste Salt
0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
0.13 tsp Paprika
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 g Cube grated cheese
Directions: Spinach Corn Rice With Exotic Gravy Recipe
STEP 1.1) Boil the rice with little salt, little oil and 1 star anise.
STEP 2.2 ) Once the rice r cooked keep them aside.
STEP 3.3) Now make puree of spinach by washing it properly and then blanch it for 3-4 minutes and then refresh it under cold water and squeeze the water properly and then by adding a ginger piece and 2 green chilli make a purée on mixer grinder.
STEP 4.4) Take 3 tbsp oil in a wok and also add 1 tbsp butter.
STEP 5.5) Once butter melt, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
STEP 6.6) Once the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped garlic and sauté it for a while.
STEP 7.7) Now add chopped onions and sauté it well till translucent.
STEP 8.8) Now add corn and stir it well , soon the corn will bloom and enlarge in size as it gets sautéed.
STEP 9.9) Now add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, Dhaniya powder and paprika and mix everything well.
STEP 10.10) Now add coriander leaves and mix it well which will impart beautiful aroma and taste to our rice.
STEP 11.11) Finally add boiled rice and drizzle some water and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes till steam is developed and all spices gives beautiful aroma to our rice.
STEP 12.12) Now our spinach corn rice ready.
STEP 13.13) For exotic gravy Take a wok. Add butter in it .
STEP 14.14) Add garlic and sauté it .
STEP 15.Add 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and sauté well on low flame.
STEP 16.15) Add 1 tbsp Maida And keep stirring to prevent any lumps.
STEP 17.16) Now add broccoli, corn, red bell peppers and paneer and stir well and eventually our veggies r coated with maida mixture.
STEP 18.17) Don’t overtook the vegetables.
STEP 19.18) Now add all seasonings and mix well.
STEP 20.19) Now add 1 cup milk in batches as per required consistency of our creamy gravy.
STEP 21.20) Soon beautiful aroma and nice lovely texture of our delicious creamy gravy will be developed.
STEP 22.21) Add grated cheese and just give 1 boil to our gravy.
STEP 23.22) Our delicious Exotic creamy gravy is ready to be served with spinach corn rice.
