  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Large Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 31.25 gram Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 0.06 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.13 cup Grated Cheese

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 2.Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a thick shell.
  • STEP 3.In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelised, about 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the garlic and spinach to the pan and cook until the spinach wilts.
