Ingredients for Spinach-Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
1.50 ounce Cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
0.38 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 can Water packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/2 Package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
0.17 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1.50 tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
15-17.50 Large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
As required Additional shredded parmesan cheese
