1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce, store bought or homemade; see my homemade
As required Sliced scallions, for garnish
1/4 Lime quartered, for serving
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Water
0.13 cup Raw liquid honey
2.50 Cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
1/2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
1/2-1.50 tablespoon Sambal oelek, this is where you can control the heat in your sauce
1/2 tablespoon Corn starch
0.13 cup Cold water
