Ingredients for Spicy Thai Sweet Chili Shrimp Recipe

  • 6 ounce Shrimp, shelled and deveined, you can leave the tails on or take them off; up to you
  • 1/2 Sweet bell pepper, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • can Kosher or sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste, you can substitute the salt for garlic salt for a garlicky flavor
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce, store bought or homemade; see my homemade
  • As required Sliced scallions, for garnish
  • 1/4 Lime quartered, for serving
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Raw liquid honey
  • 2.50 Cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2-1.50 tablespoon Sambal oelek, this is where you can control the heat in your sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Corn starch
  • 0.13 cup Cold water
