Ingredients for Spicy Thai Coconut Chicken Soup Recipe
0.17 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon Peanut or canola oil, divided
0.17 Large onion, chopped
0.17 Small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
0.33 Garlic cloves, minced
0.33 teaspoon Red curry powder
0.17 teaspoon Ground ginger
0.13 teaspoon Salt
0.08 teaspoon Ground turmeric
0.17 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
0.17 can Light coconut milk
0.17 Carton chicken broth
0.33 cup Thinly sliced chinese or napa cabbage
0.17 cup Thinly sliced fresh snow peas
