This is made from fresh tomato puree which is very spicy to eat. We can eat this curry with roti and rice.. This curry tastes great in the cold.. It is also very beneficial to health.

Ingredients for Spicy Tamatar Curry Recipe

  • 0.13 kg Tomatoes -
  • 0.06 kg Onion -
  • 1/4 tablespoons Garlic and Ginger paste -
  • 0.13 tablespoon Jeera masala powder-
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder -
  • 0.13 teaspoon Maggie Masala -
  • 0.06 teaspoon Kashmiri lal mirch powder -
  • 0.06 teaspoon Lal mirch powder -
  • 1/2 nos Green chillies -
  • As required Whole Masala:
  • 0.13 nos Bay leaf -
  • 0.13 nos Clove -
  • 1/4 nos Black pepoer -
  • 0.13 nos Black cardamom-
  • 0.13 nos Small cardamom -
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground Jeera -
  • 0.06 teaspoon Mustard seeds -
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves -
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil -
  • As required fresh coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ghee -

Directions: Spicy Tamatar Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.*First boil the tomatoes. *Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.After that put all the whole spices in the oil.
  • STEP 2.*Add chopped onion.Fry the onions till golden. After that add garlic ginger paste and stir it.
  • STEP 3.* After that put all the spice powders in it and stir it. *After adding all the spices, now sprinkle some water and cook it for 5 minute.
  • STEP 4.*After that put tomato puree in it and leave it to boil for some time.
  • STEP 5.*Add three glasses of boiled water to it and leave it to boil for some time.
  • STEP 6.* Then add dried fenugreek leaves on top.
  • STEP 7.* Now add ghee to it.
  • STEP 8.*Now turn off the gas.
  • STEP 9.*Now put coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
