Ingredients for Spicy Sweet Potato Bisque Recipe

  • 3/4 Large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Red pepper, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 Large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Tiny red or green thai bird-eye pepper, diced or 1 jalapeno pepper, diced. remove the seeds if you want it less spicy
  • 1/4 Lime
  • 1/4 inch Ginger peeled and grated. i used a microplane zester for this
  • 1.50 No.s Rapunzelsalt bouillon cubes
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground cinnamon plus more for sprinkling. i use strong vietnamese cinnamon from penzeys spices
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • As required Neutral oil or coconut oil for cooking
  • 3.38 ounce 0.5 of a can of coconut milk. i like thai kitchen brand
  • As required Sea salt
