  • 400 gram green pepper
  • 50 gram Red Pepper
  • 50 gram anchovies
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine

Directions: Spicy Pepper Side Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Dry roast the anchovies.

  • STEP 1.Chop and blend the onion, green and red peppers.

step 3

  • STEP 1. In a wok fry the onion, green peppers and red peppers.

step 4

  • STEP 1. Add korean soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine, salt and mix well.

step 5

  • STEP 1. Add roasted anchovies.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Saute for 5 minutes and serve
