  • 1/4 kilogram potato peeled and cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 1/4 kilogram Carrots peeled and cut into thin strips 4 cm long
  • 1/4 kilogram French Beans cut into thin strips 3 cm long
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 300 gram Tomatoes pureed
  • 1.50 cup Curd beaten
  • 2 piece slices Canned Pineapple cut into 1 cm
  • 2 tablespoon Cashewnuts broken into pieces
  • 12 Almonds blanched and sliced
  • 1 pinch Saffron dissolve in tbsp hot milk or hot water
