Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok or large pan and add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 3.Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
  • STEP 4.Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.
  • STEP 5.Pour Schezwan sauce over the rice and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
