Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chicken broth.
  • STEP 2.Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  • STEP 3.Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Set aside.
  • STEP 4.Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
