  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Remove the shells and keep them aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Dip each boiled egg into the batter, making sure it is coated evenly.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and carefully drop the coated eggs into the hot oil.
  • STEP 5.Fry the eggs until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Spicy Egg Bonda hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
