Delicious way to get extra vitamin C and fiber in my diet! Very high in vitamin C and fiber, this sauce is very versatile. It's great as a condiment/side to turkey, pork, fish or chicken. Also terrific dessert or snack mixed with a serving of vanilla ice cream, yogurt or as a topping on your favorite cheesecake! I like to use 2 different apples for a great taste and texture mix. Sunsweet brand has diced plums called 'Plum Amazins'. They are delicious and perfect for this recipe!.
