Ingredients for Spicy Brown chickpeas Recipe

  • 1/5 cups Brown chickpeas two
  • 0.40 teaspoon Cumin seeds one
  • 0.60 tablespoons Mustard oil two
  • 0.80 nos Chopped onion large
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped ginger one
  • 1.20 teaspoon Garlic chopped one
  • 1.40 teaspoon Coriander powder one
  • 1.60 teaspoon Garam masala half
  • 1.80 cup Water one
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder half
  • 2.20 teaspoon Red chilli powder half
  • 2.40 nos salt to taste
  • 2.60 nos Coriander leaves
  • 2.80 nos Lemon juice

Directions: Spicy Brown Chickpeas Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a cooker and add the water for heat. add the brown chickpeas boiled for saft for five minutes. Now take one another deep pan and add the oil for heating. Add the cumin seeds fry in low frame. Add the onion slices fry in low frame. Add the spices, garam masala, ginger and garlic chopped fry in low frame like in brown. Now add the turmeric powder and red chilli powder, salt and mix well and fry it low frame. Now cook in three minutes. Add the brown chickpeas mix with fry mixture masala for two minutes. When the brown chickpeas cooked give it a good mixture and add the water mix well it and cover the lid for three minutes in low frame. When the brown chickpeas are like dry then i remove the pan from the gass stove. Serve it hot. Garnish coriander leaves and lemon.
