Ingredients for Spicy Black Peppered Beef Stir Fry Recipe

  • 350 gram Beef steak cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 Fresh red chili deseeded and thinly sliced Nos
  • 4 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Dark sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • As required Mint leaves handful/ as desired

Directions: Spicy Black Peppered Beef Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns, 1 fresh red chilli thinly sliced, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp lime juice and mix well together.

  • STEP 2.2. In a large mixing bowl add 350 gm beef steep cut into strips, add the prepared mixture and mix well to ensure that all the beef is well coated.

  • STEP 3.3. In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil on high heat, add marinated beef strips and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  • STEP 4.4. Add ½ tsp fish stock, 1 tbsp lime juice and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5. Lastly add mint leaves as desired and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6. Transfer to a dish and serve with rice or noodles.
